What's EFIA for?

EFIA exists to promote safety, quality and standards of professionalism throughout the fencing industry; to provide new business opportunities for, and between, its members; and to represent its members' interests on national government and governing body organisations.

About Us

Established in 1982, European Fencing Industry Association is a professional trade association serving the needs of the fencing industry. Its member base consists of fencing installers, product manufacturers, stockists,  and other individuals and organisations with a professional interest in the fencing industry.

EFIA is a founder member of the government's Trustmark Scheme and the principal Scheme Operator for fencing companies serving the domestic marketplace,

EFIA is also licensed as the official Assessment Body for fencing companies under the CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment) scheme, and represents fencing employers on the BSI's BS1722 (Fencing) committee.
